These are rules we have set for roleplaying and they are to be followed to the t.
>> No God Modding or Power Playing.
This is basically when one Character has control over one or multiple others.
Example: "John punched Sue, knocking her unconsious." Instead you should write:
"John threw a punch at Sue." Please guys, It's not okay. As the user you are able to
control your character only.
>> Mary-Sues & Gary-Sues.
Basically this is when someone has a perfect character. They never get hit.
They're stunning, skilled, flawless. This can be extremely irritating, so please refrain
from this.
>> Spam.
Spam is probably not the biggest of our concerns. But it does get annoying. Spam is
when people use OCC (Out of Character) talking too much. Please do not flood the threads
with OCC chatter, use PM's for that. Roleplaying threads are for roleplaying.
>> Language / Swearing.
Coarse language is okay when censored. Crap, Damn and Hell are fine. But with worse swear
words, please star out the letters. Example: S**t.
>> Killing.
Killing characters is fine. It is usually an inportant part of a roleplay, it makes it interesting
and it creates action. However, the user that controls the 'victim' character must say that it
is okay for the character to be killed. It must be okay with the controlling user. Also,
Please no details...
>> Romance.
Romance is also a big part of roleplaying, guys. I want to set some rules straight so we know
what to do and what not to do.
Do:
Cuddle. Kiss innoccently. Non-Descriptive 'stuff'. Eg. "John and Sue made out." or
"John & Sue. Fade to black." No more detail. Please.
Don't:
Do into explicit detail about any romance. You're characters cannot be partially or fully
naked in any explicit romance scenes. Keep it clean and Keep it PG. Also, no force-mating
in the animal roleplays. It is completely forbidden.
>> Violence.
Again, Violence is important in roleplaying. Just don't go into too much detail and make
sure it's PG.
--End of Grumble--
Please follow these guys. They are the rules to follow... No matter what roleplay, make sure
you follow these rules. Please.
Thank You.
